By downloading, installing, or using ROVO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ROVO is a word puzzle game where players form words from letter tiles to earn points. The App includes features such as leaderboards, collectible tiles, and cloud save functionality.

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account using your email address
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You may not share your account with others
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate usernames or display names
• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools or bots
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Violate any applicable laws

5. User Content

Your username and display name are visible to other players on leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, sounds, and game mechanics, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Leaderboards & Fair Play

• Leaderboard rankings are based on legitimate gameplay only
• We may remove scores obtained through cheating or exploitation
• We may ban accounts that violate fair play rules
• Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed and may be reset

8. Donations & Support

ROVO is free to play. If you choose to support us through donations, these are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations do not provide any in-game advantages.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Preservation of game data or scores
• Availability of any specific features
• Accuracy of leaderboard rankings

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
